CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000:
- Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery.
- To cancel this contract please package the relevant item securely and send it to us in good condition so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item in error or the item is faulty.
- Where non faulty goods are returned when the original order has qualified for free postage & packing, and the total order amount is reduced to less than the free postage threshold, refunds will be given less the appropriate postage charge.
- As soon as we receive relevant notice and the returned goods we will refund the purchase price for that item.
